Leadership Mount Vernon Lee
Leadership Mount Vernon Lee equips this region’s top talent with an understanding of how decisions are made, how complex policies are shaped, and how to influence meaningful change in our community.
Business leaders and those in social service, health, religious, military, education, cultural arts, and government organizations who are committed to making our community the best place to live, work and to do business are invited to apply.
Applications for the Class of 2021-2022 are now open.
Under the guidance of the faculty at the Fred W. Smith National Library for the Study of George Washington at Mount Vernon, participants will learn about leadership, management, conflict resolution, managing change, and character-based decision making inspired by the life of George Washington.
Key community leaders will be invited to speak to your class to help you understand the complexities of the current issues that face our community. Experts will present an in-depth look at the issues and you will have the opportunity to explore these challenges, as well as effective solutions.
